Step 1: Go to Keywords. Step 2: Click Add. Step 3: Enter your Keyword. Ex: HELP Step 4: Choose Action. You have 5 choices: Select Chat Engage Bot Begin Sequence Remove Sequence Notify Admin Unsubscribe Step 5: Click Save. Note: You can also remove unwanted keywords.
